The hotel had a New Orleans flair and provided a very comfortable stay, with the convenience of being near I-10 for easy access to different areas. The price was affordable, making it a great value for money. However, the rooms were outdated, showing signs of mold and wear and tear, particularly with the curtains.

The service was extremely nice, providing excellent customer service, but there were some issues with knowing the location of car hire services. The location was perfect for an early morning flight, close to the airport with a few restaurants within walking distance, although the area seemed to be in the process of upgrading. The dining options were lacking in quality and variety, and the hotel seemed to overprice some items. Despite this, the service exceeded my expectations in some aspects.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with an excellent room to relax in. The corner location of my room was perfect, providing a cozy setup. The only downside was the tub not draining properly, which was a bit disappointing. However, upon requesting, I was swiftly moved to a newly appointed room, which was fantastic.
